MINUTEMEN TECHNOLOGIES / PROPOSED VENTURE
Company
Built to Respond. Engineered to Endure.
Free local software pilot. Proposed capabilities are not commercially available or certified systems.
1. Executive summary
MMT is a proposed American technology venture presented within XRP Legacy. No incorporation, trademark clearance, customers, patents, factories, certifications or commercially available hardware are asserted. The only implementation in this release is the free, single-device MINUTE OS software pilot and its corporate information pages.
The owner’s zero-new-spend requirement overrides the supplied subscription and commercial-launch proposals. The pilot has no billing, paid model API, cloud business-data storage or paid integration. Existing website hosting remains subject to its current provider terms and quotas; this release does not promise unlimited free hosting or authorize a plan upgrade. The browser, storage hardware, electricity, network access and owner time are existing resources, not economically costless.
Start with a service-business owner who tracks jobs, technicians, equipment and procedures. Deliver a useful private operations notebook before considering distributed device management. Prove the workflow with synthetic records, then a consented non-sensitive pilot. Each expansion requires an evidence gate, a named owner and a separate spending decision.
2. Mission and long-term vision
Mission: develop dependable, secure, interoperable technology that strengthens human capability and modernizes practical work. Vision: software, computing, robotics, communications, energy and industrial systems can share an accountable operations foundation. Reliability, clear recovery and human control outrank speculative autonomy.
American ingenuity is a proposed design philosophy, not proof of manufacturing origin or government affiliation. The eight divisions are planning categories, not eight active subsidiaries.
3. Corporate identity and brand standards
Name: Minutemen Technologies; abbreviation: MMT. Slogan: “Built to Respond. Engineered to Endure.” Preserve the supplied Guardian Mark shield and geometric M. Do not redraw it, add a government seal, or imply military/government endorsement. Product names remain working names pending clearance.
Use Midnight Core #071321, Command Navy #12304A, Signal Blue #168CD1, Electric Ice #59BFFF, Titanium #B8C5D0, Arctic White #F2F6FA, Graphite #253444 and Steel Gray #71869A. Use restrained electric-blue edges and generous whitespace rather than decorative dashboards.
Preferred font stacks: Space Grotesk for headings, Inter for body, IBM Plex Mono for diagnostics, each with system fallbacks. No external font download is required by the pilot. Keep the logo’s aspect ratio, use the provided artwork as an image with descriptive alt text, and present essential information as selectable text.
4. Eight-division operating structure
Use one shared codebase, one risk register and one founder-led prioritization process. Name division responsibilities now, but do not create separate payrolls or legal entities before actual demand. Functional specialists can review a bounded prototype without being described as employees.
| Division | Products | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| MMT Intelligence | MINUTE OS; HELIX | Private assistance and accountable operations software. |
| MMT Systems | CORE 01; CORE PRO; CORE EDGE; CORE RACK | Computing platforms that run defined, measurable workloads. |
| MMT Robotics | SENTRY R1; VECTOR | Supervised inspection and human-assisted automation. |
| MMT Sentinel | AEGIS; WATCHTOWER | Defensive cybersecurity and operational resilience. |
| MMT Energy | GRIDKEEPER | Read-only energy awareness before any optimization control. |
| MMT Networks | RELAY ONE; FIELDLINK | Reliable communications and offline field operations. |
| MMT Industries | FORGE | Traceable operations, quality and maintenance records. |
| MMT Frontier | ATLAS | Evidence-led research and engineering simulations. |
18. Corporate governance
Use a written decision log with accountable owner, evidence, budget cap and rollback/stop criteria. Company formation, ownership allocation, tax treatment and IP assignments are unresolved until formally reviewed. No legal entity or ownership transfer is created by this website.
| Policy | Practical control |
|---|---|
| IP | Record contributors and license provenance; obtain written assignments/licenses before combining third-party designs. |
| Financial | Separate approval, payment and reconciliation where staffing allows; no automatic purchases. |
| Cybersecurity | Threat model, dependency inventory, access reviews, incident response and tested recovery. |
| Product safety | Define hazards, competent reviewers, exclusion zones and independent acceptance before physical testing. |
| Ethical AI | Human accountability, source disclosure, uncertainty and no hidden execution authority. |
| Privacy | Minimize collected data, explain storage boundaries, honor removal processes and avoid regulated records in the pilot. |
| Regulatory | Track applicability by product and jurisdiction; do not claim compliance based on a generic checklist. |
| Risk/vendor | Risk owner, severity, evidence, mitigation deadline, exit plan and vendor change monitoring. |
19. Staffing and organization
Initially the founder can own prioritization, product interviews, documentation and bounded application work. Seek qualified external review for legal, safety, electrical, security and regulated-domain decisions. These reviewers are proposed roles, not employees or named advisers.
| Stage | Accountable functions | Hiring trigger |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | Founder/CEO + product/engineering; qualified advisers for specific questions. | Observed user need and an approved budget. |
| Validated software pilot | CTO/security owner, product/UX, application engineer and documented support ownership. | A support queue and release obligations the founder cannot safely sustain. |
| Operational service | COO, finance/legal coordination, quality/security release owners and customer support. | Actual contracts and measurable operational workload. |
| Hardware/industrial research | Mechanical/electrical/thermal engineering, safety specialists, supplier/quality management. | A funded, independently reviewed prototype scope. |
| Later division leadership | Research director and division leads reporting through one governance process. | Separate repeatable products justify dedicated ownership; not a title-first expansion. |
