Company and product status

MMT is a proposed American technology venture presented within XRP Legacy. No incorporation, trademark clearance, customers, patents, factories, certifications or commercially available hardware are asserted. The only implementation in this release is the free, single-device MINUTE OS software pilot and its corporate information pages.

Names, mark clearance, corporate registration and rights assignments remain unverified. No investment offer, government endorsement, product certification, partnership or Made in USA manufacturing claim is made.

Local business records

MINUTE OS stores an AES-GCM encrypted workspace in IndexedDB under this website origin. Passphrase derivation uses PBKDF2-SHA256 with 600,000 iterations. Documents, jobs, equipment and local audit history are inside the encrypted payload; keys/passphrases are not serialized.

While unlocked, plaintext and key references exist in page memory. Screen hiding preserves unsaved work and does not authenticate the person returning. Full lock clears page references; a compromised device or same-origin script remains a risk.

Clearing browser/site data removes local records; the host cannot recover them or reset the passphrase. Encrypted backup export and restore are explicit user actions. No MINUTE OS business inputs are sent to an AI provider or server.

Website and optional services

The existing XRP Legacy hosting, security logs and optional consent-controlled website analytics remain subject to the site privacy page. Public page requests still involve normal hosting connection information. MINUTE OS does not add a remote record or paid AI service.

Opening the separate All•Tier local AI page does not transfer MMT data automatically. If the user elects to download a model there, that tool explains its download hosts, device requirements and separate storage controls.

Appropriate use and support

Use fictional or non-sensitive records in this pilot. It is not emergency dispatch, regulated document storage, employee monitoring, safety-critical control, financial advice or a security guarantee. No multi-user identity, hosted role enforcement or uptime SLA is claimed.

The platform is free under the owner’s current instruction. Future paid services, hardware, cloud resources or subscriptions are not enabled and require a separate decision.

23. Regulatory and intellectual-property risk register

Company and product names are not cleared. Search marks and relevant goods/services, then obtain a professional clearance opinion before claiming exclusivity. A patent search is not an assurance of patentability or freedom to operate.

Hardware, robotics, energy integration, radios, employee records and client documents can introduce different obligations. Avoid regulated data and physical control in the free pilot. This blueprint identifies review gates rather than providing a compliance determination.

• Use FTC origin guidance for any future origin claim; no current Made in USA product claim.
• Use USPTO trademark and patent resources as starting points; do not describe pending/issued rights without a real filing record.
• Keep user-provided content out of public logs, analytics and model services.
• Do not infer workplace performance, eligibility or medical/legal conclusions from pilot job metrics.
