XRP Legacy — Terms & Content Concerns

Purpose and audience

The website provides general education, public-data observations, creative material and entertainment for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a broker, wallet, investment adviser or a service for executing trades. Content is not personalized investment, tax or legal advice. Data and explanations can be incomplete, delayed or wrong; verify consequential information with the original source and a qualified professional. No returns or investment outcomes are promised.

Independent references and content rights

XRP Legacy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, OpenAI, exchanges, wallet providers or other referenced organizations. Names identify the subjects of independent coverage. Each rights holder retains its applicable rights. Third-party software and films retain their specific licenses; those licenses control their own permitted uses. An AI disclosure or platform credit is not a claim that every third-party right has been cleared. Library works are credited to their AI creation platform. Platform attribution does not imply platform sponsorship or a guarantee of third-party rights clearance.

Community participation

Only submit material you have the right to share. Do not post scams, impersonation, false factual accusations, private personal information, unlawful threats or content infringing others' rights. Community market predictions are user opinions, not recommendations from XRP Legacy. By posting, you permit the project to store and display that submission and its associated reactions to operate the community feature. This permission does not transfer ownership. We may restrict or remove content and may retain records where appropriate for legal or security reasons.

Report content or request removal

Contact caspersmiles_76115 on Discord. Include the exact page or post URL, the content concerned, the reason for the request and enough non-sensitive information to assess it. For a rights claim, identify the work and your authority to speak for its owner. Do not send passwords, recovery phrases or identity documents. Reports are reviewed manually; this is not an automated removal service and no particular outcome is guaranteed. This contact is not represented as a registered DMCA designated agent, and no DMCA safe-harbor eligibility is claimed.

Support payments

Optional XRP contributions support the project. They do not purchase access, rewards, investment interests or a financial return. No registered-charity status or tax deduction is represented. Check the address and amount in your own wallet; transactions may be irreversible. The website does not sign or submit payments for you.

Availability and privacy

Features and content can change or become unavailable, including during rights reviews. These terms do not override rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The privacy notice explains current storage, outside services and manual data-request procedures.
